Cell Phone reception may be spotty. Landline service is available if needed.

Antique shop is available all year round by appointment or by chance.

PLEASE NOTE: WE NOW ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR LODGING AND ANTIQUE PURCHASES. THERE IS A 3% PROCESSING FEE ADDED FOR CREDIT CARD USE.

We also accept checks (personal & business), or cash.

We are required to charge New York State sales tax (8%) plus a County

room tax (6%) on all rooms.

***DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require a deposit of $25.00 per room per night by check mailed to our address on this site to hold your reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. We require notification of cancellation 7 days prior to date of arrival for a full refund of deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: For refund of deposit minus a $15.00 cancellation fee per room, cancellation must occur outside the 7 day notification window. If you should cancel within the 7-day window, the deposit is not refundable. Thank you.

"Leatherstocking Country" is a reference to James Fenimore Cooper's writings, "The Last of the Mohicans", when frontiersmen wore leggings made of leather to protect their legs from the briars and brush in the woods. The area is rich in history, tradition, and beauty. We invite you to share in it.
